I can’t think of anything more personal than one’s gender identity, gender expression and/or sexual orientation.

Often, emotions like shame, guilt, and fear rear their ugly heads, and wreak havoc on the nervous system when we finally admit to who we are and how we want to live in our skin.

The good news is, those emotions don’t have to control how that Coming Out process goes.

My passion and purpose is being a guide for LGBTQ folks / family members through this difficult process.
